What is the number of calories in a piece of chocolate?

Chocolate is one guilty pleasure you would never reject. When you're dieting, it would be very annoying if you have to stop myself from enjoying the chocolate. But who's to say if you can not eat chocolate in the middle of a diet program? Okay anyway, as long as no more than 100 calories.
